9:05 to 10:05: Meredith Holley, Freedom Resource Center, Practical reality and how to recognize possible harassment/abuse of or your client.
10:10 to 11:10: Jennifer Meisberger, PLF Practice Manager Advisor and Bryan Welch, OAAP Attorney Counselor to discuss what resources are available if an attorney or a client is experiencing sexual harassment.
11:15 to 12:15: Amber Hollister, General Counsel, Oregon State Bar, Professional Rules of Conduct
