Making the Case to Yourself: Identifying and Overcoming Imposter Syndrome, Increasing Confidence, and Being the Lawyer You are Meant to Be

Registration is closed for this event
November 6, 2019 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

What happens when you blend a large dose of self-doubt with a fear that others will discover (wrongly) that you aren’t up to the task? You end up with Imposter Syndrome, a phenomenon that affects at least 70 % of all people and a large number of lawyers and other high achievers.

Join panelists including Multnomah County Circuit Court Judge Patricia McGuire, Lawyer and Career Transformation Coach Susanne Aronowitz, Lawyer/Advocate for Change Chanpone Sinlapasai, and Oregon Department of Justice lawyer Melissa Chureau for a transformational workshop to understand the causes of Imposter Syndrome and learn how to overcome self-doubt, increase confidence, and succeed the way we are meant to.
